More than 25 years ago I began my career with the YMCA, where I had the privilege of supporting individuals as they pursued healthier lifestyles. Over the years, my journey expanded from health and wellness into leadership development, allowing me to coach, mentor, and encourage people through many different seasons of growth. Along the way, I was trained to coach using CliftonStrengths, helping individuals better understand and build upon their natural strengths and use them to move forward with greater confidence.

My time with the Y taught me the importance of community, service, meaningful relationships and living with purpose. Those experiences continue to shape the way I approach coaching today.

Transitioning into life coaching full-time was a natural next step and allows me to focus fully on the work I love most. To deepen my coaching practice, I completed Martha Beck’s Wayfinder Life Coach Training Program, an experience that strengthened my belief that meaningful change begins with curiosity, self discovery, and compassionate guidance.

Nothing brings me greater joy than helping people build confidence in themselves, navigate life’s challenges with greater ease, and make more room for purpose, presence, and joy in their lives.
